Major interior gut renovation of the second and third floor of WEWS station offices

The office area includes 11,000 SF of space and included new HVAC mechanical equipment for the entire building, totaling 51,000 SF.  The project goals was to encompass technology, company culture, and the downtown Cleveland spirit.
