Oak Street Health is a primary care center for adults on Medicare. The center offers transportation to and from the clinic and fitness classes, health seminars, games, and arts and crafts in the community room. In a design build partnership with Fiorilli Construction, we provided design for the community room, reception, exam rooms, lab spaces, and doctor’s office.
