Pilot project for the roll out of Henkel’s new worldwide corporate design standards. We transformed a dark, disconnected 30,000-sf section of an antiquated 60,000-sf structure into their new headquarters. Presented LEED options including mechanical, lighting, and window systems to create a spacious, light-filled, open office plan to maximize communication and efficiency.  Established street presence on main street by reorienting building entrance from side street.
