An exterior facelift and office expansion project. Receiving both the Cleveland Restoration Society Trustees Preservation and the AIA Cleveland Historic Preservation Awards. This project was a renovation of the old Citi bank building acquired from the City of Lorain. The building was expanded to triple its size, providing increased privacy for its consumers, greater ADA compliance, partnership offices and community use areas. A design significantly upgraded the energy efficiency and effectiveness of operations.  This project was the first significant private capital investment in South Lorain in many years.
