This building is one of the tallest single-story warehouses in the Cleveland area. Buyers is a 280,000 SF, 67-feet high, brand new, state-of-the art warehouse space with 20 additional shipping docks. Our scope also included 17,500 SF of office space and parking lot expansion. The buyers doubled their size to accommodate the company’s growing needs. This was a design/build project.
