The Arkinetics team provided architectural services for Tri-C’s Automotive Training Center Expansion (AATC) at their West campus. Partnering with fellow architecture firm, CBLH, we provided the design for the expansion of the lab and classroom spaces, additional faculty and staff offices, and a central student lounge/collaborative space. The new expansion space comprises a total of approximately 12,000 square feet. The existing AATC building comprises approximately 25,000 square feet, of which 20% was affected by the modifications. The building renovation included interior and new construction.
