Complete hotel makeover

We brought an independent, guest room-only building to IHG standards and compliance with current codes in this award winning renovation. The 5 story building includes 115 rooms and suites, including a 2-story great room with monumental stair. The surface parking required a full redesign to add retaining walls. Our scope also included life safety components throughout the building and accessibility upgrades.
